Who can use neverswipe

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. neverswipe is invite-only — access is granted through an invitation and, for full matching, approval. We may decline or revoke access at our discretion.

Your account

You sign in with Google and are responsible for activity on your account. Keep your login secure. One account per person; don’t impersonate anyone or misrepresent who you are.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• upload photos you don’t have the right to use, or that depict anyone else without their consent;
• post unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or deceptive content, or create fake profiles;
• harass, threaten, defraud, or harm other members, on or off the service;
• scrape, reverse-engineer, overload, or abuse the service or its APIs, or attempt to access data that isn’t yours;
• use neverswipe for any commercial, spam, or illegal purpose.

Your content

You keep ownership of the photos and information you provide. You grant us a limited licence to store, process, and analyze it — with our proprietary agentic intelligence — solely to operate the service and match you (see the Privacy Policy). You confirm you have the right to share what you upload.

What neverswipe is (and isn’t)

neverswipe is an introduction service powered by our proprietary agentic intelligence, built around your safety and psychological well-being. We help surface people who may be compatible; we do not guarantee matches, responses, relationships, or any particular outcome, and we don’t conduct background or identity checks. You are responsible for your own interactions and safety, online and in person.

Invitations

Members receive a limited number of invitations. Invite people you actually know and want in the room; don’t sell or publicly post invitations. We may adjust or revoke invitations to protect the community.

Suspension & termination

You may stop using neverswipe and request deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or harm the service or its members.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. Although our proprietary agentic intelligence uses state-of-the-art frontier technology, its analysis and matching can still be imperfect and sometimes inaccurate.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neverswipe and squidcode are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for the conduct of other members. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms; we’ll change the date above and, for material changes, notify you. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
